In our experience, a Tenant who takes on a property that is clean and well presented is more inclined to treat the property with respect than someone who takes on tenancy of a property of lower standards. Furthermore, Tenants who move into properties that are thoroughly clean and tidy at the beginning of their tenancy, are more likely to ensure that the property is in a similarly presentable state when they move out.
